Clients can now choose to do much of the research themselves, using the internet to access data, view homes, and download their choices. I can assist in wading through and interpreting the vast amount of data associated with buying or selling a home. I have lived and worked in the Denver area for almost forty years. With experience in executive-level management, operations, and sales/marketing, I can help navigate the complicated real estate market. As a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and a Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS), I recognize the value of continuing education, especially in the ever-changing real estate market.
